Disposition versions
4.2.10. The Commission must revoke a certificate if the shot-firer is found guilty of an offence under section 237 of the Act respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1) in relation to this Division.
The Commission must notify the shot-firer in writing of the revocation of the certificate.
